Small and medium-sized enterprises (PyMEs) make up 98% of Mexico’s businesses and generate 72% of its jobs, yet only 35% survive beyond five years. To tackle challenges in finance, management, and industry adaptation, WORTEV ACADEMY offers free, user-centered resources. Through engaging events, blogs, ebooks, and videos, the platform equips business owners with practical knowledge for sustainable growth, placing usability and accessibility at the forefront to maximize impact and support Mexico’s entrepreneurial landscape.

Design Challenge

Design an intuitive platform that enables quick access to relevant, on-demand resources while reinforcing WORTEV’s role as a trusted advisor.

The product should encourage engagement and subscriptions, with scalability to support future features like AI integration, dynamic content and interactive tools for enhanced networking and user growth.

The e-learning market experienced an exponential growth during the 2020 pandemic, driven by increasing demand for digital resources. For this project, some of the challenges I had to address are the market saturation, learning expectations from the user and evolving technology.
