How can a SaaS platform improve the financial structure of a small business by reducing workload and adhering to tax regulations, while educating them in the process?
The design process kicked off with in-depth research using databases like Statista and INEGI, along with relevant publications to explore potential approaches for the product. Additionally, I examined standard tools and terminology within the industry to craft targeted questions for the next step of the research phase.
